1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering an account with gmbet, accessing the gmbet website at gmbet.one, downloading any gmbet application, or using any service provided by gmbet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the gmbet platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 To access real-money gaming features on gmbet, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the gmbet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gmbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 gmbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. gmbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 gmbet does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds deposited from a payment account not registered in the player's name may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 All transactions on the gmbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 gmbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated. gmbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer and to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the gmbet platform:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or match-fixing.

• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.

6.2 Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the gmbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of gmbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting gmbet customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

12. Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
